HOW DO I USE MY 'NUGGLEBUDDY™?
Simply remove from it’s package and microwave on high for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Because microwave wattage and heating times vary, always use the "touch test" and gently manipulate contents to evenly distribute heat prior to using. DO NOT OVERHEAT! To do so will result in burns and could cause product to catch on fire!

HOW DOES A ‘NUGGLEBUDDY™ PRODUCE MOIST HEAT?
Even though raw grains feel dry to the touch, they actually contain moisture in the form of water! This moisture is further enhanced by our special infusion process, thus providing warm moist heat that enhances the soothing and relaxing effects of the pack. The amount of moisture provided will decrease over time with regular use. To prolong the moist heat effect, always store your ‘NuggleBuddy™ in it’s original packaging after it has cooled.

ONCE HEATED, HOW LONG WILL THE MOIST HEAT LAST?
Your ‘NuggleBuddy will remain warm for 1-2 hours and may be reheated as necessary once it has cooled.
