DIRECTIONS FOR USE::

Simply remove 'NuggleBuddy from package & microwave on high for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Because microwave wattage & heating times vary, always perform a "touch test" to be certain that 'NuggleBuddy is at a comfortable & safe temperature for skin application. Gently manipulate contents to evenly distribute heat prior to use. DO NOT OVERHEAT! To do so will result in burns and could cause product to catch on fire! Always store 'NuggleBuddy in original packaging or sealed plastic bag when not in use to prolong moisture and aromatherapy effectiveness.

Theoretically, a 'NuggleBuddy will last through many years of use if heated according to label instructions & stored properly. It will never stop providing heat, but will naturally lose some of it's moisture and aromatherapy benefits over time. We advise that you replace your 'NuggleBuddy annually if used daily, or every 2 years if used weekly. Besides, you just may want to try some of our other amazing aromatherapies!

I don't know what I'd do without my NuggleBuddy. I heat it up every night before I go to bed and it helps me unwind, relax and fall asleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back asleep, I heat it again and it helps me drift back to sleep. I bought one as a gift for a friend and she was raving about the amazing aroma when she opened her package. Everyone should own at least one NuggleBuddy!

Love this product!! It's the second one I have ordered. Pretty, nicely packaged and soo nice and warm. I only have one wish... I have noticed that the lovely scent seems to have faded very quickly. I bought them for my elderly mom and aunt who live upstairs from us so I have been able to notice this. I do love the product and will order again. Just wish that the scent stayed longer.
