DIRECTIONS FOR USE::

Simply remove 'NuggleBuddy from package & microwave on high for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Because microwave wattage & heating times vary, always perform a "touch test" to be certain that 'NuggleBuddy is at a comfortable & safe temperature for skin application. Gently manipulate contents to evenly distribute heat prior to use. DO NOT OVERHEAT! To do so will result in burns and could cause product to catch on fire! Always store 'NuggleBuddy in original packaging or sealed plastic bag when not in use to prolong moisture and aromatherapy effectiveness.

Theoretically, a 'NuggleBuddy will last through many years of use if heated according to label instructions & stored properly. It will never stop providing heat, but will naturally lose some of it's moisture and aromatherapy benefits over time. We advise that you replace your 'NuggleBuddy annually if used daily, or every 2 years if used weekly. Besides, you just may want to try some of our other amazing aromatherapies!

Long time customer. Had the opportunity to replace my buddies and decided to choose a different scent than my usual patchouli. I absolutely love the pattern of this sea turtle number. So cute, and the color was perfect for me. I hesitated on the Spa scent, as there was a bad review. But in the end, I chose to ignore that review. Huge mistake! The smell is actually hideous! Not the combo of smells I have experienced in a Spa at all. To top it off, after a few days of using it, I developed a rash and I'll have to give my snuggle buddy away!  Since I love these products and their quality, this is a review of the SCENT only. I would recommend maybe a detailed ingredient list for combo scents... I probably would've chose differently had I read that.
